These terms govern your use of the FINANCE for Yahoo add-on and related services (the "Service") provided by Web Data Hub ("WebDataHub", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a data analytics tool that helps you collect publicly available online data into Google Sheets to build reports.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
3. Free trials
We may offer a free trial at our discretion. Access to paid features ends when the trial ends unless you subscribe. We may change or end trials at any time without notice.
4. Fees and payment
Some features require payment, either once or as a recurring subscription. We may change fees with prior notice. All sales are final and we do not issue refunds. You are responsible for cancelling a recurring subscription before it renews.
5. Acceptable use
Your license is personal, internal, non-transferable and limited to one user. You must not:
- scrape or automate access to the Service without our permission;
- circumvent access controls, usage limits or licensing;
- place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- frame, mirror or resell the Service; or
- use the Service in violation of any law or third-party terms.
We may suspend access if you don't comply with these terms.
6. Third-party services and data
The Service retrieves data from third-party sources, which we do not control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of that data, and we may stop supporting a data source at any time. Data is provided for informational purposes only and is not investment advice. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account in your Google account security settings.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, restrict or discontinue any part of the Service without notice, and are not liable for doing so.
8. Subcontractors
We may use subcontractors to provide the Service.
9. Term and termination
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, or run for the period purchased. When your access ends you must stop using the Service. We may restrict access to prevent harm or misuse.
10. Feedback
Feedback you send us is non-confidential, and we may use it for any purpose without compensation or attribution.
11. Trademarks and intellectual property
WebDataHub and its licensors own the Service and its trademarks. No rights are granted except as stated in these terms. We may mention customer names and logos in our marketing unless you object in writing. Yahoo and Google are trademarks of their respective owners; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
12. Confidentiality
You agree to keep non-public information about the Service confidential.
13. Privacy and customer data
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. You keep all rights to your spreadsheet data. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you process with the Service and will indemnify us against third-party claims about it.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
You use the Service at your own risk. It is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, although we will perform it in a professional manner.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including losses from trading or investment decisions. Our total liability is limited to 100 USD. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury, damage to third-party property, breach of confidentiality, willful misconduct or gross negligence.
16. Electronic communications
You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including service and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, seated in San Francisco, before a single arbitrator, in English.
18. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. We may update these terms by posting a notice on this page.
